Brick Lane Jazz Festival x Headline Audio Competition Terms & Conditions.

1. Organisers This competition is run by Brick Lane Jazz Festival ("BLJF") in collaboration with Headline Audio ("HA").

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Employees of BLJF and HA, their immediate family members, or anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter To enter the competition, participants must:

  • Like the designated competition post on Instagram.

  • Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the competition post.

  • Share the competition post in their Instagram Story.

  • Follow @bricklanejazzfestival and @headline_audio on Instagram.

  • Complete the contact form on Brick Lane Jazz Festival website providing their first and last name, phone number, and consent preferences.

4. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on [Start Date] and closes on [End Date] at [Time] GMT.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. The Prize

  • One (1) Nord Synthesizer worth £1,292.

  • Two (2) Weekend Passes to Brick Lane Jazz Festival 2025.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and/or phone within seven 7 days of the competition closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.

7. Data Collection & GDPR Compliance
By entering this competition, participants consent to providing their personal data (name, phone number and/or email address) as part of the entry requirements. This data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only be used for the purposes outlined below:

  • To contact the winner regarding prize fulfillment.

  • If consent is given, to receive marketing communications from Brick Lane Jazz Festival and/or Headline Audio.

8. Liability & Disqualification

  • BLJF and HA reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the competition terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.

  • BLJF and HA are not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.

  • By entering, participants agree to release BLJF and HA from any liability related to the competition.

9. Changes & Termination BLJF and HA reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
